Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Human Resources Administrative Assistant for one of our St. Louis, MO clients.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to provide executive support to the Vice President of Human Resources in an engaging and positive work environment. If you have a can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced culture, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage confidential information with discretion while supporting various HR functions.
  • Provide seamless phone and email communications, vendor management, meeting coordination, and technical assistance.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and organize meetings, video conferences, and travel arrangements. Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills are required.
  • Play a key role in human resources projects focused on employee engagement and recruitment, including managing pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Support talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and processing background checks.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding activities to create a welcoming and smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of administrative support experience (HR experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree
