Job Summary

Maintains accurate and up-to-date Human Resources and corporate records. Provides administrative support involving personnel matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Supports payroll processing and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Answers basic policy-related questions and provides guidance to employees. Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as custodian of Human Resources records and ensures confidentiality and security.
  • Provides administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Supports payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Answers basic policy-related questions and provides guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
