Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and design funnel growth.
  • Lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Discover new design activity, possess analytical skills to accurately track and forecast revenue, and speak technically with engineers to design-in technology on new design opportunities.
  • Think strategically to focus on the highest growth opportunities, grow and foster relationships within strategic accounts, and drive design wins directly and with ODM collaboration in other regions.
  • Work within a team environment to manage and interact with resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions.
Requirements
  • Degree required, BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Recent Graduate with 0+ years related experience.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Some travel required.
