Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftermarket Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our industrial customers, providing them with expert advice and solutions to improve the reliability and maintenance of their compressed air and pump systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and product specialists, to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure DXP remains a leader in the industrial MRO market.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or MRO sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
