Job Title: Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our Sales Strategy SBU Directors to evaluate, analyze, and access strategy change information to make recommendations and shifts to pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
