Church & Dwight is seeking a talented and passionate Digital Strategy Senior Manager to join our newly established Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function.

This role is responsible for developing and executing holistic full-funnel digital strategies to drive consumer engagement across all points of the digital journey, including digital media, search, social, influencer, website, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with digital strategy senior managers and directors to create a digital vision, thought leadership, and emerging digital capability roadmap.
  • Develop and integrate digital media strategies in collaboration with the agency of record, ensuring alignment with overall business unit vision and goals.
  • Independently handle project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and outcomes, ensuring readiness for new product launches, digital campaigns, and annual digital strategy planning.
  • Function as a liaison to business and IT partners to gain a broad understanding of industry trends and innovations, and their impact on digital marketing.
  • Develop and deliver new digital capabilities, change management, and upskill the organization digitally while coaching and managing a team of 3-4 digital experts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus
  • 8+ years related experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, social media
  • Solid track record for developing and leading high-performing teams and broad digital programs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, previous community management and copywriting experience preferred
  • Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
