Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector.

You will analyze market trends, establish ambitious sales targets, and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate, and develop solutions tailored to customer needs will be critical in expanding our market share.

We offer a competitive base salary starting at $53,000, with unlimited commission opportunities, giving you full control over how far you can go. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k program, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and proactively establish sales targets
  • Implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts
  • Negotiate and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Engage in cross-department collaborations to align sales efforts with business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales within the telecom industry
  • Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales
  • Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
