Studio Business Development Manager

The Sales/Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing all studio functionality from membership sales to operations and everything in between. This includes:
- Generating client leads and converting them into customers
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive membership growth
- Managing and supervising sales representatives and their schedules
- Ensuring accurate inventory counts and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
- 30-40 hours a week with the ability to work some nights and weekends
- Confident in generating personal sales and training associates
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner and GM
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
