What does the role entail?

The Client Relations Coordinator is adept at establishing the frameworks and teams necessary to prioritize and monitor customer inquiries, thereby supporting sales, marketing, and brand initiatives. This role involves consistently guiding the team to deliver optimal customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction by providing effective problem-solving resources.
  • Enhances customer operational efficiency by offering help desk support and technical guidance.
  • Achieves human resource objectives in customer service by recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Oversees customer service personnel, communicates performance expectations, and conducts evaluations and reviews.
  • Meets financial targets for customer service by forecasting needs, preparing annual budgets, and managing expenditures.
  • Enhances customer service quality by conducting surveys, analyzing processes, and establishing service metrics while monitoring and evaluating outcomes.
  • Implements standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Processes repairs, manages representative requests with appropriate documentation, and handles RMAs to determine the correct actions for returned items; ensures accurate paperwork, tracks deadlines, and repackages items for inventory.
  • Contributes insights and recommendations for customer service to strategic planning and reviews.
  • Audits customer service practices and trends to identify areas for system improvements.
  • Enforces company policies and procedures.
  • Identifies customer service needs by maintaining communication with clients and visiting operational settings.
  • Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, maintaining professional networks, and participating in industry organizations.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, team-oriented, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing context and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in all office software relevant to the position, including Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
  • Experience in customer service and sales is required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
