Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels to foster satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with client service teams to ensure accurate preparation, analysis, and presentation of deliverables.
- Anticipate potential issues with client performance and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure the effective utilization of resources to enhance account performance.
- Monitor and assess billing efficiency and cash flow, providing recommendations for productivity and profitability improvements.
- Stay informed on payment trends and regulatory changes, taking necessary actions to address discrepancies.
- Create standard and customized reports for clients, highlighting the value that Nimble Solutions delivers.
Qualifications
- Strong background in all facets of physician revenue cycle management, with a minimum of two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting.
- Experience in ASC billing is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing, along with a solid grasp of the current regulatory landscape.
- Familiarity with Practice Management and EMR systems related to production and client reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proven skills in managing client relationships, effectively engaging with physicians and senior management.
Work Environment
This role may be performed in a remote setting or at a corporate office location. Participation in departmental meetings, training sessions, and adherence to compliance and company policies is expected. Occasional travel may be required.
