In this role, you will be stationed at our Service Centre, where you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and enhance your product knowledge. This expertise will enable you to translate client needs into the appropriate rental products and services, while also maximizing sales potential. You will embody our Customer First ethos, swiftly resolving any issues and ensuring clients feel valued and informed.
Your responsibilities will also include managing the administration of hire contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all documentation. You should possess excellent coordination skills and enjoy planning and organizing within a dynamic, friendly team environment.
