Job Overview

N-Store Services, a leading National General Contractor, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator. This pivotal role involves supporting our Project Managers in the planning and execution of retail construction initiatives across the country. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating collaboration among various internal and external teams, ensuring we deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about project management to gain practical experience with a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to determine and outline project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Prepare estimates and independently oversee projects with limited scope.
  • Create and maintain specific guides, protocols, and templates for accounts and departments.
  • Review and authorize field timesheets according to Project Manager guidelines.
  • Participate in and contribute to project discovery meetings.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids for Project Manager assessment.
  • Source, price, and procure materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for the Field Team.
  • Guarantee that the Field Team receives complete and accurate job documentation.
  • Review daily field reports and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure completion of change order documentation.
  • Assist the Project Manager with job turnover processes.
  • Review and approve final job costs and invoices.
  • Ensure timely receipt of final invoices and lien waivers from subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for Project Coordinators.
  • Utilize the Operations Training Matrix to mentor and train new Project Coordinators.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in program coordination or administration.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role related to the trade.
  • One year of experience in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Spectrum software is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
