Position Overview:
  • The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at delivering exceptional support to clients, patients, and healthcare facilities.
  • This role involves providing assistance and expertise related to sales and marketing, managing client relationships and organizational accounts, and serving as a communication bridge for client organizations.
  • The position requires interaction and coordination with colleagues and members from various departments.
  • Assists in operational support activities; collaborates effectively with team members and acknowledges the significance of collective objectives.
  • Responds to inquiries within the authorized scope of knowledge and expertise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an office environment.
