In alignment with the regional engagement strategy, oversees multiple projects utilizing essential platforms, tools, and business insights to provide exceptional client experiences on behalf of RGA business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Collaborates with business and marketing strategies to manage and execute client engagement initiatives. This involves crafting comprehensive plans that align with business goals, foster client relationships, stimulate revenue growth, and integrate sales enablement with thought leadership.
- Enhanced Client Experiences: As the regional lead for client engagement initiatives, accountable for elevating client interactions through innovative and distinctive experiences. Develops engagement plans, directs support teams, and manages resources necessary for task execution, including timely communications, planning sessions, clear objectives, and coordination with external parties as needed.
- Business Alignment: Works with business teams to identify target clients for engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales enablement strategies and client marketing efforts. Manages client communications throughout the engagement process, utilizing effective communication channels.
- Internal Coordination and Reporting: Oversees all internal communications and coordination efforts. Guides stakeholders and colleagues through planning, execution, and follow-up activities. Communicates ROI efforts through qualitative and quantitative reporting methods.
- Process Improvement: Participates in cross-business engagement planning, creating efficient processes for effective planning and execution throughout the year. Contributes to the development of best practices and compiles resources to enhance client experiences.
- Relationship Management: Acts as a liaison between the CMS Team and business teams. Engages in various business and marketing initiatives while fostering constructive relationships with internal and external clients. Proactively increases knowledge of internal functions related to business development and client interactions.
- Market Research: Utilizes various tools to conduct market research and provide client company insights to support RGA product and service sales, including the creation of executive summaries.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in business development, event strategy, planning, or design
- 5 years of experience in the financial services sector
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate understanding of the US life, health insurance, and reinsurance markets
- Intermediate skills in customer relationship management and change management
- Intermediate oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey knowledge effectively
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while balancing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set relevant goals
- Ability to liaise across various operational and technical disciplines

- Intermediate negotiation and persuasion skills
- 5 years' experience in the financial services sector
- Advanced degree or certification, such as MBA, FLMI, or CLU
- Progress towards FLMI, ALHC, or other relevant professional accreditation
- Basic skills in MS Access, SharePoint, and CRM
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

The general pay range for this position is $74,150 - $105,295 per year, with base pay varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. RGA also offers an annual bonus plan and a comprehensive range of health, retirement, and employee benefits.
