Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be tasked with actively engaging clients and acting as a trusted advisor, fostering retention and strong utilization of our products. This role is essential for Hubstaff to assist clients in achieving their objectives through our solutions while driving revenue growth.
The CRM will cultivate client relationships that enhance loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize extensive business and industry expertise to collaborate with clients, ensuring they derive sustainable value and meet their strategic goals through their interactions with Hubstaff.
Establish and enhance client relationships through proactive and consistent communication, monitoring overall client satisfaction and engagement.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Hubstaff's software, remaining informed about product offerings and acting as the primary contact for all client needs, including new products, upgrades, training materials, and service programs.
Manage accounts for a designated number of clients, creating tailored success plans that define critical success factors, success metrics, potential challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Develop case studies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics related to product usage, client retention, and departmental success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including implementation, training, sales, and support, to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
Monitor client activity to gain insights into account performance, identifying any changes that may signal service issues or other concerns.
Provide valuable feedback to the product team regarding new features and offerings identified by key clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients and communicate these opportunities to the sales team.
Leverage client relationships for reference purposes as needed.
