Overview:
This role is dedicated to delivering comprehensive Level 1 – 3 training on equipment and modules to both employees and clients. The execution of maintenance training programs is aligned with EVG standards, focusing on customer equipment. Collaboration with the EVG Academy team is essential for the development and documentation of new training topics.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, the individual must effectively manage the following responsibilities:
1. Provide training to internal and external clients on EVG equipment.
2. Offer technical support for local training apparatus.
3. Plan and prepare technical courses tailored for both internal and external clients.
4. Oversee and monitor course completions and gather customer feedback through our learning management system.
5. Develop training materials addressing local challenges and issues.
6. Coordinate updates to training content with the Documentation team and assist in the creation of new procedures.
7. Track all Field Service Engineer (FSE) training and organize module training for new FSEs.
8. Assess the onsite knowledge of FSEs and devise plans for additional training as necessary.

The individual should be capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision and provide mentorship and technical guidance to onsite FSEs.

To stay current with new equipment and software advancements, the trainer may occasionally support service and installations at various client sites.


Qualifications / Education / Skills and Experience:

This position necessitates an associate degree or bachelor's degree along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience with EVG equipment, or 6-10 years of experience in the installation and repair of semiconductor or electronic production machinery.

Extensive experience in operating and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment or similar systems is required.
Proficiency in English, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and high social competence are essential.
Ideally, candidates should have experience or education as a trainer in a technical setting.
Qualifications for maintenance personnel should align with common EVG standard PM + CM procedures and address on-site challenges.
The trainer should be well-versed in customer equipment and processes, aiding in the establishment of a unified understanding and operational procedures across EVG HQ, EVG NA, and Intel technicians.

Physical Requirements:


While fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, the individual is frequently required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Visual acuity is necessary.

Individuals must frequently use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls and occasionally reach above shoulder level.

Ability to wear appropriate cleanroom attire and work within the fab/cleanroom environment for up to 75% of the time is required.
