Job Summary:
Niktor LLC is seeking a highly skilled Production and Industrial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Assist in the selection and setup of specialized equipment and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-year technical degree preferred or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing/electronics testing experience required.
- Previous experience using test equipment preferred.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read detailed drawings and perform basic problem-solving on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment using appropriate PPE.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
