Job Summary:

Niktor LLC is seeking a highly skilled Production and Industrial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing and quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Assist in the selection and setup of specialized equipment and tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-year technical degree preferred or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing/electronics testing experience required.
  • Previous experience using test equipment preferred.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to read detailed drawings and perform basic problem-solving on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment using appropriate PPE.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
