About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Amplity Health. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client's presence in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including product launches and promotional activities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on orthopedic and biologic products.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
