Service Territory Manager

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Manager to join our team. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing ASGCO conveyor equipment and services to our distributors, OEMs, and end-user customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and Maintain Conveyor Equipment: Perform product installations and maintenance of ASGCO manufactured products throughout the Western States.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure all service jobs and projects are performed safely, on-time, and with the highest level of quality workmanship.
- Assist Sales and Training: Assist ASGCO Territory Managers and distributor salesmen with conveyor inspections, training, and sales as needed in their respective territories.
- Drive Sales Growth: Assist with increasing sales and market share for all ASGCO's products and services by helping to provide solutions to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate branch inventory and shipments.
- Travel Requirements: 50% travel required.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Be a safe and motivated leader and team player.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, leadership abilities, and a safe positive attitude.
- Basic Welding and Fabricating Skills: Basic welding and fabricating skills are required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Good customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused.
- Industry Experience: Industry conveyor manufacturing and sales experience is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
