We have developed and are marketing laparoscopic surgical instruments, including the world's smallest low-power 3mm Vessel Sealer and the world's first 5mm linear Stapler.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Energy Territory Manager to represent Bolder Surgical's products. The successful candidate will implement strategic and tactical programs within their assigned territory to drive sales and technology adoption, achieving sales objectives and quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and technology adoption in their territory to achieve sales objectives and quotas.
- Ensure results are achieved by frequently assessing pipeline, forecast, and quota to actual.
- Develop existing accounts to facilitate utilization of the entire portfolio of products.
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
- Develop and maintain both territory business plans and individual account plans.
- Introduce new technology to targeted customers through presentations, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.
- Establish consistent and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborate with teammates and counterparts in base business and competitive account strategies.
- Represent Bolder Surgical at regional and national trade shows/meetings.
- Facilitate the adoption of new products at strategic accounts as needed.
- Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, including responsibly managing and reporting territory expenses.
- Minimum 3 years of medical sales (Operating Room) experience.
- Surgical energy experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, prospecting, account planning, funnel and forecasting, time and territory management, call execution, and negotiation.
- Customer and Market Knowledge – knows customer and needs, understands procedures.
- Territory Planning and Activity Execution – Determines sales target priorities to reach quota.
- Market Development – Understands how to prioritize opportunities and field focus.
- Understands customer buying process throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Proven sales success and documented track record to an assigned sales quota.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skill set, knowledge, territory/geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance versus quota.
