About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the gastroenterology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Utilize business analytics and data to inform sales decisions and optimize territory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history
