Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the gastroenterology market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Utilize business analytics and data to inform sales decisions and optimize territory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history
