Job Summary

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects, and manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
  • Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
Requirements
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
