In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including managing communication, welcoming guests, and providing essential clerical assistance. You will work closely with the Principal Partner and support the VP of Operations in the daily administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and technical assistance to team members, partners, and clients.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Manage travel logistics and correspondence efficiently.
  • Welcome clients and ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies.
  • Establish and maintain organized office systems and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and functions.
  • Coordinate necessary office repairs and maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with company operations and CRM systems is essential.
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $37,000 - $42,000 (commensurate with experience). This exempt position includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off.
