Job Overview

Kens Gutters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and sales teams
  • Coordinate appointments and events with precision
  • Ensure a positive experience for onsite guests
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform various office tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 1 hour paid lunch/break per day

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour, with opportunities for paid holidays and secure parking
