Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client interactions and seamless internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Assignment & Coordination: Assign team members to clients based on expertise and workload, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


Engagement Letter Management: Draft, review, and finalize engagement letters, maintaining accuracy and compliance.


Meeting & Calendar Management: Schedule internal and client meetings, organize appointments, and coordinate schedules for our team members.


Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, redirecting calls, and addressing requests efficiently and professionally.


Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including file management, document preparation, and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:


Legal Assistant Experience: Prior experience as a legal assistant with a strong understanding of drafting, document management, and client communication.


Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, documents, and assignments.


Attention to Detail: Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in handling documents and correspondence.


Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with clients and team members.


Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with scheduling and project management tools.
