Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, processing invoices, and generating reports.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
3. Assist with front office coverage, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing calls.
4. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, and assist with facilitating office equipment repairs.
5. Prepare letters, memos, and purchase order requisitions, and handle travel authorization requests.
6. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. One (1) year experience in general clerical/office duties in an office environment.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
5. Ability to work in a team setting, take direction, and work independently as needed.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
7. Physical Requirements: Near Vision, Speech Recognition, and Speech Clarity.
