Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the community, including tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and spreadsheet maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the community, including general administrative and support responsibilities for various departments.
  • File, scan, copy, and maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Perform data entry and spreadsheet maintenance tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates and management to achieve work assignments and goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one year of related experience or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
