Job Overview

As an Administrative Support Assistant at SOFT COMPUTER CONSULTANTS, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support services to various departments, enabling you to learn and advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Support department, as well as backup coverage for the Reception team and other internal departments as needed.
  • Assist in training entry-level Office Support Assistants to help them advance in their careers.
  • Prepare supplies for new employees and collect supplies for departing employees.
  • Maintain the department supply cabinet and ensure the required inventory for client training manuals is up-to-date.
  • Assist with lunch distribution for employees and clients.
  • Adhere to all approved procedures, directives, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree; Business Certification is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working in a business environment is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge; detail-oriented.
