Position Overview:

Infogain is in search of a skilled and visionary Lead Technology Strategist to oversee our client partnership. The successful candidate will have a robust background in software development, coupled with expertise in business growth, to significantly enhance Client Reality Labs and its associated applications. This role will serve as the technical leader and strategist, ensuring coherence with the client's culture and technological framework, and will be situated in the Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Visionary Leadership: Deliver strategic guidance and leadership for all technical dimensions of the client partnership, fostering innovation and expansion.
  • Growth Initiatives: Work closely with client stakeholders to uncover new business prospects, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the client's technological framework and operational requirements.
  • Technical Supervision: Direct the creation and execution of state-of-the-art solutions, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to the client's engineering benchmarks.
  • Relationship Development: Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers within the client organization, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Team Development: Assemble and lead a high-achieving technical team, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Industry Awareness: Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly those pertinent to the client's strategic objectives, to sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Cultural Alignment: Ensure that all technical initiatives and team members resonate with the client's organizational culture and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record in business development within the technology industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of software engineering methodologies, practices, and the client's technological framework.
  • Business Insight: Demonstrated success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Cultural Compatibility: Strong alignment with the client's organizational culture and values, with the capability to navigate and influence within the client ecosystem.
  • Location Requirement: Based in the Bay Area, with the flexibility to travel as necessary.
