Position: Lead Human Resources Strategist

Levy, a premier hospitality organization within the sports and entertainment sector, is in search of a proactive individual to become part of their team as a Lead Human Resources Strategist. In this capacity, you will take charge of managing recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives to foster outstanding guest interactions. The perfect candidate will possess extensive HR expertise, a strategic outlook, and the capability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute recruitment and staffing strategies in partnership with management
  • Serve as a strategic collaborator in executive leadership discussions
  • Guarantee adherence to organizational and legal standards
  • Oversee workforce planning and enhance performance metrics
  • Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies
  • Supervise onboarding, training, and professional development programs
  • Lead investigations and disciplinary processes for employees
  • Evaluate performance metrics and promote operational efficiencies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
  • Strong enthusiasm for the hospitality and retail sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
