The core responsibilities of a Business Development Agent include, but are not limited to: Effectively engaging with clients through telephone and email communications, both inbound and outbound, while scheduling appointments for prospective customers.

The Business Development Agent consistently enhances their understanding of dealership offerings and services to better serve clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound calls and necessary emails, along with a designated number of inbound sales inquiries each day.
Respond to all client questions swiftly, professionally, and efficiently.
Utilize established dealership communication templates for emails and phone calls.
Adhere to dealership call scripts for all outbound sales interactions.
Schedule, document, and confirm appointments with clients.
Relay client information to the Manager upon appointment scheduling.
Continuously study products, services, and manufacturer details to improve the Business Development Agent's capability to assist clients.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of all dealership offerings and services.
Regularly review used vehicle inventory on a weekly basis.
Comply with all customer engagement and marketing activities as directed by the Manager.
Inform the Manager of any potential client issues or concerns.
Execute all outbound campaigns as instructed by the Manager.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Preferred one year of experience in an office setting or a related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires prolonged sitting, standing, clear verbal communication, active listening both in person and over the phone, and the use of hands to operate office equipment. The employee may occasionally need to walk, bend, or lift up to twenty-five pounds. Vision abilities necessary for this role include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
