Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Goldman, Magdalin, Straatsma LLP. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, typing, and document preparation.
  • Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
