Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Detox Program Coordinator to join our team at All American Detox Center. As a key member of our residential detox program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the admitting process and ensure a seamless transition for new residents
  • Monitor resident behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct urinalysis (UA) drug screen collections and supervise self-administration of resident medications
  • Document observations and interventions in resident records and shift logs
  • Coordinate residents' treatment with counseling staff and facilitate daily activities in the residential component
  • Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and other activities as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in addiction or a related field; training or certification in addiction or behavioral health a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a recovery team
  • Valid unrestricted state driver's license
