Job Description

At Panavision, we are committed to empowering every employee to reach their highest potential. As a Senior HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in all areas of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordination, processing, and filing of employee information.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including the creation of offer letters, welcome packets, and onboarding documents.
  • Lead Day One New Hire Orientations and facilitate employee exit meetings.
  • Responsible for the ongoing administration of new hires, transfers, and terminations in the payroll system.
  • Assist the HR team in recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, background checks, and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Provide basic HR information about programs available to employees.
  • Support the administration of Health & Wellness programs and Employee Initiatives.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Coordinator role.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred.
  • Prior experience with multi-state HR data entry into payroll and HR systems required.
  • Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Prior experience managing onboarding, including background checks and I9 processing requirements.
  • Prior experience with recruitment administration, including applicant tracking and job posting.
