Administrative Assistant

This position is part of the Legal/OEC Division at Abbott, a global healthcare leader. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling travel, and processing expense reports.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and schedules for team members
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain departmental files
- Utilize advanced software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 3+ years of previous administrative experience or equivalent
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite required, SharePoint and SAP experience preferred
