Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $38-$40, plus bonuses tied to the property commission structure.

Job Summary

Regent at Bellevue is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the maintenance staff, performing property inspections, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff, working closely with the Property Manager to ensure effective team management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring the highest standards of property condition.
  • Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process, ensuring properties are prepared for new residents.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • EPA HVAC certification is essential.
  • CPO certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
