ROLE PURPOSE:
The Kitchen Manager oversees daily operations within the restaurant. Their primary responsibilities include managing the brand, ensuring food quality aligns with brand standards, overseeing inventory, and controlling costs related to products and labor to meet budgetary goals in back-of-house operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service, moderate to high-volume dining establishment or equivalent education
  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • Flexible Work Schedule
    • Managers are expected to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day
    • Schedule may fluctuate based on operational demands.
  • Proficient in using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Exemplary professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, departments, and team members
  • Basic culinary skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and efficiency
