We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to join our team at Life Time Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working properly and the facility is safe and clean.
- Safety and Security: Perform safety checks and ensure all conditions in the facility are safe for members and staff.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the Facility Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Competitive Pay: Hourly wage starting at $18.00 and up to $22.50 based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
