Location: Bellevue, WA (In Office 4 days per week - Wednesday work from home)

Position Summary:

W3Global Inc is in search of a dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor specializing in wholesale distribution within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities, including management of NetSuite, Ocean Freight, Domestic Freight, and 3PL operations.
  • Ensure effective and precise management of purchase orders while fostering supplier relationships to uphold quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate logistics functions to enhance shipping and distribution efficiency on both international and domestic fronts.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures aimed at boosting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of logistics with other business operations.
  • Evaluate operational performance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulate strategies for increased productivity and profitability.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team, offering guidance, training, and support as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, staying informed about relevant laws and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on operational activities and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Effectively manage budget and resources to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with proficiency in NetSuite, Ocean Freight, Domestic Freight, and 3PL operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
  • Strong grasp of logistics and supply chain dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities.
