Salary: $82,400
Position SummaryThe Clinical Operations Supervisor is responsible for the administrative coordination and oversight of THIRA's clinical services. This role involves managing the clinical administrative functions of various programs within a multidisciplinary mental health organization. Additionally, the supervisor will provide group coverage, crisis intervention, and support as necessary, ensuring timely and ethical responses to clinical emergencies and client/family concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the multidisciplinary clinical team, which includes mental health professionals, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered dieticians, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among clinical and medical staff to promote THIRA's mission and objectives.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations.
- Encourage teamwork between clinical staff and the Utilization Review Team to ensure accurate and timely treatment summaries that evaluate patient progress and discharge readiness.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, and THIRA policies.
- Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation throughout the patient care process.
- PhD, PsyD, or master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Independent licensure in Washington State (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) or eligibility for licensure if from out-of-state.
- A minimum of three (3) years of direct care experience with mental health patients.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a PHP, IOP, Residential, or IPU setting.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare administration or clinical administrative roles.
- Preferred: Training and experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
