Role Overview: The Sales Associate position is vital to the store's overall performance and effectiveness. This role demands a strong commitment to our brand values while delivering exceptional service to our clientele and achieving sales objectives.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Aligns personal decisions with organizational goals and priorities.

Operational Duties:

  • Completes daily operational tasks while ensuring high service standards.
  • Maintains store organization, including sales floor and stockroom, in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Ensures a clean and orderly selling environment at all times.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures, including cash handling and asset protection.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Assists with inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock organization.
  • Efficiently manages customer transactions at the cash wrap.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with a strong understanding of fashion trends.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of mobile devices and point-of-sale systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak retail periods.
