Role Overview: The Retail Sales Specialist is a vital contributor to the store's overall performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong commitment to our brand values while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Aligns personal objectives with organizational goals to drive results.
  • Takes initiative and accountability for personal performance metrics and client engagement strategies.
  • Develops both short- and long-term plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, consistently demonstrating our selling and service standards.
  • Adapts to local market trends to enhance business performance and supports the implementation of sales strategies.
  • Fosters strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective communication.
  • Utilizes product knowledge to provide customers with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Engages in cross-selling and upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and represents the brand positively.
  • Effectively manages multiple customer interactions while ensuring a high level of service.
  • Proactively follows up with customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Utilizes technology and tools to support customer engagement and relationship building.

Operational Duties:

  • Completes daily operational tasks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensures the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Adheres to retail policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Assists with inventory management and replenishment as needed.
  • Processes customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in a retail sales role, preferably within a luxury environment. Strong awareness of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Skills: Proficient in cash register operations and basic computer applications. Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
