Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of operational tasks, including maintaining store standards for both sales floor and backroom.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Managing inventory replenishment and processing shipments as necessary.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Physical capability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:
1-3 years of retail experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
