Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist role is crafted to assist the Account Executive (AE) team in enhancing sales initiatives by overseeing the initial 13 weeks of revenue for our newly acquired accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the first 13 weeks of revenue for all new accounts utilizing SAR and lookback methodologies.
2. Facilitate the transition of Micro Markets or significant OCS accounts from post-sale to pre-installation, minimizing the time AE's dedicate to these processes.
3. Provide support for grand openings associated with large new account installations.4. Assist AE's with sales demonstrations.
5. Aid AE's in the preparation of prospecting materials.
6. Support the sales team in executing seeding campaigns.
7. Participate in weekly sales and installation meetings.
8. Contribute to Sales Blitz initiatives.
9. Offer assistance to Sales Leadership as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in achieving goals through influence, customer service, or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Strong professional phone etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to distill multiple inputs into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
