Position Overview

We are in search of a Sales Support Specialist (Patient Liaison) who embodies our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication abilities, a background in sales, and experience in front office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

The Patient Liaison plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with potential clients and must establish trust and confidence through personal interactions. This full-time position is essential for converting leads into consultations, both in-person and virtually, to help the clinic meet its revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our CRM system to engage with prospective clients and schedule consultations.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients via text, email, or phone.
  • Adhere to our lead management process.
  • Focus on achieving a target number of daily conversations.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with prospective clients to secure consultations.
  • Handle incoming calls from our concierge team.
  • Assist with patient intake and scheduling as necessary.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet strategic sourcing and sales goals.
  • Support patient liaison efforts across various practice locations as needed.
  • Provide accurate pricing information to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads effectively.
  • Assist with administrative sales tasks, including patient financing and necessary forms.
  • Participate in consultations as required.
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Intercom.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage a high volume of outbound communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet defined targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Capacity to learn new techniques and adhere to company policies.

Compensation: This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, based on experience and skillset, along with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
