POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will undertake various administrative tasks to assist the Sales & Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include organizing documents related to sales processes, such as proposals and contracts, while ensuring the brand image is effectively communicated both internally and externally.

Key duties involve compiling information packages that include promotional materials and brochures. You will utilize effective sales techniques to enhance revenue while nurturing existing client relationships. Additionally, you will manage data entry and verification related to commissions and leads using relevant software.

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding services and facilities. It is essential to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company standards while interacting with guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Acknowledge and greet all guests according to established standards, anticipating their needs and expressing gratitude for their patronage.

Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients, ensuring that all written documents are accurate and complete. Develop and foster positive relationships within the team to achieve shared objectives, and respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.

Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and expectations. Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a related role.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.
