Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our National Accounts team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and track new sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Coordinate and support sales initiatives, including creating sales presentations and assisting with RFPs.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise between operations and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor sales personnel travel, activity, and meeting recaps to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of reporting to support sales and operational decisions.
  • Attend sales and operational meetings to stay informed and provide support as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with customers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assist with documenting and process improvement of sales procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP, and Data Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Possess excellent assessment and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues and challenges.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
  • Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel.
