About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Brand Growth Department as a Catering Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting our community through catering and marketing events, as well as in-store connection and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare for catering and marketing events, including coordination with vendors and team members.
  • Interact and connect with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support day-to-day operations and guests on site, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Meet and speak with people on a regular basis, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Multi-task and adhere to timelines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
