POSITION SUMMARY
The Studio Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of membership growth, retention strategies, employee training, and achieving sales targets. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and supervising team members, as well as setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service and effective task management. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager will also handle the entire employee lifecycle, providing ongoing coaching, conducting annual performance evaluations, and recognizing top performers.

- Sales and Operations Oversight: Effectively manage and surpass OTF sales and operational budgets, ensuring compliance with business policies and driving revenue growth.

- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation systems.
