Studio Sales and Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Studio Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for steering the studio's efforts in member acquisition, retention, employee training, and meeting sales targets. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of team members; setting and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, and directing work assignments. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager will handle all facets of the employee lifecycle, including ongoing coaching, annual performance evaluations, and recognizing top performers. This position reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales and Operations Oversight: Effectively manage and surpass OTF sales and operational budgets, ensuring compliance with business policies and driving revenue enhancement.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Guide and mentor OTF staff, ensuring high performance through effective training, assessment, and support.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Coordinate sales initiatives, oversee the sales process, and maintain OTF class attendance through promotional activities.
  • Customer Engagement and Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, address issues promptly, and organize engaging events to boost community involvement.
  • Operational Management: Enforce corporate policies, maintain front desk operations, and ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Conduct staff performance assessments, track KPIs, and implement strategies for ongoing improvement in sales, service, and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High Performance Standards: Exhibit competitive drive and achieve results at a high level.
  • Management Proficiency: Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks efficiently, including handling challenging customer and employee situations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively connect with members, the community, and the public. Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Business Insight: Demonstrate sound decision-making skills that contribute value to the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and CRM systems.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation systems.
