POSITION SUMMARY
The Studio Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for steering the studio's efforts in member acquisition, retention, employee training, and meeting sales targets. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of team members; setting and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, and directing work assignments. The Studio Sales and Operations Manager will handle all facets of the employee lifecycle, including ongoing coaching, annual performance evaluations, and recognizing top performers. This position reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager.

- Business Insight: Demonstrate sound decision-making skills that contribute value to the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and CRM systems.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation systems.
